Lawrie Matthews is CTO and a Director of Mimica Lab. Mimica is an exciting young business with the technology to radically reduce food waste and a Royal Society of Chemistry Emerging Technologies Competition Winner in 2019.
Lawrie has 25 years of entrepreneurial and FTSE100 industrial experience in environmental impact chemistry, intelligent packaging, and reducing food waste. Lawrie holds a BSc joint honours in Chemistry and Philosophy (Natural Sciences) from the University of Durham, UK.
