We have developed a chemistry platform enabling medicinal chemistry on proteins. Inspired by natural proteins, we remake them from the amino acids up, optimising their properties, developing therapies for hard-to-treat diseases. Our lead project is a tumour agnostic drug conjugate for high-unmet medical need cancers including colon and pancreas.
