Hydrosense: Hydrogen gas sensor technology for the emerging hydrogen economy

The University of Mancherster have developed a universal hydrogen gas sensor platform based on organic semiconductors. The sensor features wide sensitivity (from ppb to 100% Hydrogen concentration), fast response (<20 ms), and ultra-low power consumption (≤μW), outcompeting existing commercially available gas sensors. Their sensors will enable the safe deployment of hydrogen at scale.
