DealShare platform

Find out more about how the Royal Society of Chemistry can share your deal with the UKBAA DealShare platform.

We know that deep tech chemistry ventures spend many weeks each year looking for sources of funding, diverting precious resources away from the core business. This is why we are providing companies with a number of opportunities to find relevant funding sources and connect with investors.

Summary

We have teamed up with UKBAA to increase the visibility of deep tech chemistry ventures looking for investment. This is achieved through the DealShare platform, which is accessed by the UKBAA community  of investors, including: angel networks, syndicates, individual investors, early-stage venture capitals, equity crowdfunding platforms, and more.  If you would like to be considered for a listing on this platform, you must meet these criteria:

  • Passed the proof-of-concept stage.
  • EIS or SEIS eligible.
  • Raising between £100,000 and £3 million.
  • Have at least 20% of the current round already in place (or proof of commitment).
If accepted, your deal will be shared on the UKBAA DealShare platform. This service is provided free of charge.
